The need for wisdom and guidance is magnified ten fold when a church has experienced great difficulty. I recall one church in situation like that where the search process was a humbling and unifying force in the body. In another situation, I saw division take root. The process lasted six years and the church hasn't recovered to this day. It is great to hear of the confidence you both have in Jason being God's man for Revolution at this critical juncture.
