Mountain Lake Church in Cummings, GA has retained our firm to help find their new Student Pastor.

Mountain Lake is a non-denominational congregation with a strong vision and track record for reaching the unchurched.  In its ten year history,  Mountain Lake has become nationally renowned for its innovations and willingness to try nearly anything to reach those far from God.

The church’s track record speaks for itself.  The average attendance exceeds 2100, with over 70 percent of all attendees having encountered faith and been baptized by Mountain Lake.  The church has posted an annual positive growth rate of 10-15 percent almost every year of its existence.

Nationally known pastor and leader, Shawn Lovejoy, is the founding Senior Pastor of Mountain Lake.  He and Executive Pastor, David Putman, have founded ChurchPlanters.com, an innovative network of pastors committed to planting new churches and equipping those who are leading those efforts.
