I am thrilled to announce the formation of a new, even more focused Executive Search Firm for ministries and churches.

The Vanderbloemen Search Group has been established with a sole focus of helping connect the right ministries with the right key staff people.

If you had asked me 15 years ago where I would be, I would never have dreamt that I would get to start something so humbling, so fine, and so thrilling and that it would be my job. Everything I have learned up until now is helping me with this work, and helping me form the right team to accomplish our goal of finding just the right person for your key staffing needs.

My 15 years of experience in church leadership, combined with our previous successes in executive search, ministry leadership search, HR management in a Fortune 200 company, and work in Succession Planning have all converged in an effort to help the church. And I am not alone.

Our team of Tony Morgan, Carlos Whittaker, Zach King bring expertise in different fields. I have been working on a number of Lead Pastor searches. Tony and I have been partnering on both Lead and Executive Pastor searches. Carlos is able to bring worship expertise, and Zach is among the best at Student Ministry. This team (along with a really cool support staff) has given us a unique convergence of skills and experience as we set out to have even more focus than before in the world of Church Leadership Search.
